Business planning is a process of articulating the goals of your business, and describing how you’re going to achieve them. It’s a process that forces you to think about the things you need to achieve to move your business forward.

In this session we’ll cover:
– the reasons why we write business plans
– the key elements that we need to include in a business plan for a creative business
– some of the tools that we can use to help us to shape our vision for the future of our business
– what the outcomes of writing a plan might be.

The Business Planning for Screen session is focussed on practical and hands-on activities that you can put into practice straight away. It is tailored specifically for screen and games industry businesses.About the Presenter – Ian Murray
