Screen Queensland understands the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and practitioners to be leaders in their own narratives to promote inclusion, collaboration and authenticity. Always was, always will be.
Screen Queensland supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stories and storytellers through screen production, screen culture events, talent development programs (including production initiatives, mentorships and workshops) and networking events.
Screen Queensland's vision is for our state to lead and inspire the world in creating and sharing First Peoples' screen stories to drive cultural change and foster a more inclusive screen industry—on camera and behind the scenes.
