Tantalus North, in partnership with Screen Queensland, is offering a rare internship opportunity for an up-and-coming producer looking to get their start in the industry. This opportunity is designed for someone looking to start their career as a games producer and is open to anyone who hasn’t yet worked in the games industry.
As a Production Intern, you will support Tantalus’ producers across multiple projects.
Prospective applicants would ideally have:
- completed a qualification, or self-taught in Game Development, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Game Design
- no prior industry experience working as a Games Producer
- a genuine enthusiasm for the video game industry
- clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
- close attention to detail
- organisation skills, curiosity, adaptability and inquisitiveness.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Applicants must:
- be a Queensland resident for at least 6 months prior to applying
- be over 18 years of age
- not be a current student, studying either full-time or part-time
