Screen Queensland is offering up to 10 Queensland practitioners the opportunity to attend the Australian International Movie Convention (AIMC) from Monday 27 October–Friday 31 October at The Star on the Gold Coast.  

AIMC is the only event in the film calendar to bring together local and international exhibitors, distributors and cinema technology suppliers under one roof. Attracting delegates from across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the US and Europe, AIMC provides an invaluable opportunity to preview upcoming projects from major and independent studios. Learn about local and international trends from guest presenters, discuss the latest technologies and cinema fit outs with trade exhibitors, and network with colleagues and senior industry executives.

Registration to attend AIMC will be covered through the Market and Travel grant with up to $500 in travel and accommodation support also available for Queensland practitioners travelling from outside of South-East Queensland.
