About the opportunity:

Screen Queensland and Brisbane Festival are delighted to offer fifteen placements for an exclusive behind the scenes guided tour, followed by a performance of the most ambitious project presented by the Festival, Invisible Cities.

Containing projection mapping by 59 Productions, this experience is the perfect opportunity to gain insight into the technical aspects of this show, and explore how performing arts and screen converge.

Inspired by the novel Invisible Cities, this Australian exclusive centres on the edgy relationship between Kublai Khan, the volatile head of a vast empire, and explorer Marco Polo, who must transcend a language barrier to describe it for him. This spellbinding mix of theatre, choreography, music, architectural design and projection mapping is on 24-28 September, at 880 Fairfield Road, Yerongpilly.
