Screen Queensland Studios, Cairns is now open to productions, complementing Screen Queensland Studios, Brisbane in the state’s capital and other facilities on the Gold Coast. 

Motivated by high demand from both Australian and international productions to film in this unique and spectacular part of the world, Screen Queensland Studios, Cairns offers:

  • one sound stage – 1,070 m² (11,517 sq ft)
  • production offices
  • editing suites
  • sound recording studio
  • construction
  • costume
  • 88 car spaces.

An event space and tenant suites will further cement the facility as part of the region’s dynamic creative community. Screen Queensland Studios, Cairns is conveniently located just minutes from the Cairns CBD, Cairns International Airport and the region’s stunning locations, with excellent access to major highways.
