Screen Queensland has opened applications for up to 15 producers from North and Far North Queensland to take part in an advanced business development workshop.
Facilitated by Ian Murray, CEO of 113 Partners, NQ Strategic Tools for Producers Workshop is designed for regional producers and production companies that are actively developing projects and interested in focussing creative energy in ways that will grow their businesses. This half-day program will help participants gain practical tools created specifically for the screen sector to help assess, prioritise and plan projects more strategically.
The workshop will see participants assess their slate against business priorities, build top-line financial models to support commercial-sustainability and utilise marketing-matrixes to connect with the right audiences.
Learn how to make smarter decisions about which projects to pursue, when to pursue them and why and make the most of limited resources to ensure that creative ambition is matched with clear-eyed business planning.
The NQ Strategic Tools for Producers Workshop is delivered as part of our North Queensland Regional Program.
