Five registrations available for QLD Filmmakers for the 2015 AIMC


Screen Queensland (SQ) has five full passes available for producers, directors and writers to this year’s Australian International Movie Convention.

Now in its 70th year, the AIMC will run from 11 – 15 October 2015 at Jupiter’s Casino on the Gold Coast. The AIMC attracts record numbers of delegates from Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the United States and Europe and offers the screen industry the opportunity to network with local and international distributors as they showcase their upcoming slates plus speak to producers as well as exhibitors.

Screen Queensland recognises the importance of connecting Queensland industry with key decision makers and attendees will have the opportunity to network with local industry representatives and learn from international distributors about their slates and their plans for the future.

Screen Queensland has five full passes available for the convention (valued at $1,400) from Sunday 11 October to Thursday 15 October.

Producers wishing to apply should have a demonstrable track record and well-developed slate of projects.

Writers and directors wishing to apply should have a feature film credit or equivalent and a well-developed slate of projects.

Note: There is one registration allowed per company or where marketing the same projects. Screen Queensland will not pay for any other associated travel costs.
