MEDIA RELEASE: Screen Queensland launches “SQ On Air” – a new video-audio calling initiative for regional Queensland screen practitioners

Screen Queensland (SQ) announced its new initiative on 4LG Longreach today – SQ On Air – which aims to engage practitioners throughout regional Queensland via monthly video-audio calling sessions (for instance, Google Hangout) with SQ Development and Production staff.

The purpose of the SQ On Air initiative is to give screen industry professionals in regional and remote areas of Queensland the opportunity to discuss their projects with SQ staff, who would otherwise miss out on face-to-face contact due to geographical limitations.

How to organise a meeting via SQ On Air:

SQ invites all screen industry professionals based in a regional or remote area of Queensland to fill out a brief form about your project and what you hope to get out of the meeting.

Sessions will be held monthly at the best suited times for the industry member.
