FRIDAY APRIL 5
The First Ten Pages

$12
BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE

Curated by Screen Queensland – The First Ten Pages is a special event whereby audiences will hear the first ten pages of a new screenplay by local Queensland writers.

Screen Queensland and La Boite is bringing an evening of works by local writers originally written for screen, directed by La Boite’s Artistic Director, Todd McDonald, and performed by a bevy of Brisbane actors.

The catch – you will only hear the first ten pages of each screenplay!

A testing ground for new ideas, tentative jokes, and meaty characters, The First Ten Pages gives writers for screen an opportunity to have their works heard, in a public forum, for the first time. As the night progresses, the audience will be invited to feed into a conversation about the future of each work, so come along and have your say.

Directed by Todd MacDonald.
