The 2016 Asian Animation Summit (AAS) in partnership with Screen Queensland is calling for Australian projects to be presented in its unique showcase of new children’s series seeking finance and production partners in the Asia-Pacific region.

Up to six Australian projects and the creative teams behind them will be selected to present at the summit in Brisbane between November 22 and 24 2016, in front of high-level audience of around 200 content-makers, investors and broadcasters from across the Asia-Pacific region.

Projects must meet the AAS Eligibility Criteria detailed in the attached PDF file. Applicants must also download and sign the Presenter Waiver and attach this to their application. 

Applications from Australian producers must be made to Screen Queensland. Detailed information about how to apply can be found here.

Applications close on September 30 2016.  

Projects will be selected by representatives of Screen Queensland and the AAS Supervisory Board.  The selected projects will be announced on October 7 2016.
