As part of Screen Queensland’s partnership with Brisbane Festival, screen practitioners are invited to hear from the creatives behind the charming and vulnerable queer love story The Making of Pinocchio.

Rosana Cade and Ivor MacAskill will dissect how their own stories, relationship and experiences have informed the adaption and discuss the intricacies of queer joy, potential, and collaboration for creation. Question how the boundaries between autobiography and fiction blur and can recontextualise stories that we know and love at this industry panel, hosted by the Australian Performing Arts Forum.
