The Screen Queensland (SQ) Talent Development Fund Round Two Recipients Announced

Talented Queensland writers will further develop their screenplays with support from the Queensland Government through Screen Queensland’s (SQ) Talent Development Fund with eight recipients announced for the second round.

The SQ Talent Development Fund offers screenwriters up to $15,000 (up to $10,000 for writing, and up to $5,000 for a script editor or creative mentor/expert) to further develop their film and series draft screenplays under the guidance of an experienced script editor or creative mentor, and before a producer is attached to the project.

The Fund responds to the local screen industry’s need to support screen scripts at an early stage.
