Nathan Mayfield
Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer
Nathan Mayfield is the Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Hoodlum, an Emmy® and BAFTA Award winning Entertainment Company. Nathan oversees the strategic and creative direction of Hoodlum with his focus on Australian and international business. Pioneering innovative new ways to tell stories since 1999, Mayfield has been the creative force behind Hoodlum’s multiplatform, television series and feature film work. He is a member of the Screen Producers Association and a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA). He was recognised as an outstanding alumnus and made an Adjunct Professor of Creative Industries at the Queensland University of Technology.
Tracey Robertson
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Tracey Robertson is the Chief Executive Officer of Hoodlum, an Emmy® and BAFTA Award winning Entertainment Company. As CEO, Tracey oversees Hoodlum Television, connecting with networks and studios to produce scripted content in Australia, the United States, and the UK. Tracey is a member of BAFTA, the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA). She was recently recognised as an outstanding alumnus and made an Adjunct Professor of Creative Industries at the Queensland University of Technology.
Tracey Vieira
Chief Content Officer
Tracey is the Chief Content Officer for Emmy® and BAFTA Award winning film and television production company Hoodlum. Hoodlum operates between Australia, the US and the UK, and has a first-look deal with Disney’s ABC Studios. Tracey joined Hoodlum in September 2019 after five years as CEO of Screen Queensland and works across Hoodlum’s development and market slates. Tracey currently Chairs the Asia Pacific Screen Awards and is a Director of Home of the Arts (HOTA) Gold Coast and Chair of Griffith Film School’s Advisory Board. She is an external Advisor to US based Australians in Film and an Advisor to Council for Screen Producers Australia.
