Industry Registrations

Screen Queensland (SQ) has five (5) full passes available for producers, directors and writers to this year’s Australian International Movie Convention (AIMC) valued at $1,400 each.  Applications close AEST 5.00pm, Friday 16 September 2016.

Queenslander practitioners are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to be considered for one of these industry registrations by 5.00pm Friday 16 September.

Now in its 71st year, the AIMC will run from Sunday 09 – Thursday 13 October at Jupiter’s Casino on the Gold Coast.

The AIMC attracts record numbers of delegates from Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the United States and Europe and offers the screen industry the opportunity to network with Australian and international distributors as they showcase their upcoming slates plus connect with producers and exhibitors.

SQ recognises the importance of connecting Queensland industry with key decision makers, and attendees will have the opportunity to network with Australian and international industry representatives and share information and trends.

Please note:

> There is one registration allowed per company or where marketing the same projects. Screen Queensland will not pay for any other associated travel costs.

> Producers wishing to apply should have a demonstrable track record and well-developed slate of projects.

> Writers and directors wishing to apply should have a feature film credit or equivalent and a well-developed slate of projects.
