Screen Queensland is looking for playtesters of all ages, interest-levels and platforms to join our Playtesting Pool. Our playtesters will assist Queensland games developers to test, refine and market their games-in-progress through the simple act of playing!
By joining our Playtesting Pool, you will be provided an early look at some of the exciting games coming through our Games Residency program and Games Grants fund, helping to identify bugs and providing feedback on the play experience.
Playtesters will be filtered by basic demographics appropriate for the games and contacted directly by the developers via email to organise a playtesting experience.
Participation will depend on the types of games available, when developers have a prototype ready for playtesting and their target demographics. There is no guarantee that all included in the pool will have the opportunity to test a game.
Please note that this is a volunteer-only opportunity and playtesters may not receive compensation for their time and feedback.
By expressing your interest in our Playtesting Pool, you are acknowledging and agreeing to your data being shared with third parties to facilitate playtesting in accordance with Screen Queensland’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, and this Privacy Notice and Consent Form.
You can opt-out of the Playtesting Pool at any time by contacting Screen Queensland at games@screenqld.com.au.
