Screen Queensland, in partnership with the Interactive Games and Entertainment Association (IGEA), is proud to sponsor Games Connect Asia Pacific (GCAP) 2023 as part of Melbourne International Games Week from Monday 2 October to Wednesday 4 October.

Through our Market program, Screen Queensland will provide five games developers from Queensland with travel and accommodation support of up to $500 per applicant to attend GCAP in Melbourne in October.

Games Connect Asia Pacific is Australia’s premier professional development and networking event for the game development industry, focused on up-skilling and connecting the Australian sector through education, knowledge sharing and the provision of extended personal and business networks. HOW TO APPLY

Applications will be assessed through the SmartyGrants platform and will require the following documentation and information:

  • project pitch document
  • CV and biography
  • plan and strategy for attendance
  • budget breakdown
  • details of organisation (if applicable).
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

All applicants will be assessed according to Screen Queensland’s Market program guidelines.
